India, Digital Personal Data Protection Act
Your rights as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and how to use them.
Last updated November 2, 2026.
This page sits alongside the privacy notice, which lists everything we collect. This one uses the language of the Act so a request is easy to make and easy for us to act on.
Who is the Data Fiduciary
Lidespy LLP, Pune, India, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through IntelliAInsight. You are the Data Principal. Write to hello@intelliainsight.com with DPDP request in the subject line.
Notice and consent
We ask for your personal data in one place only: a form you fill in yourself. Each form says what it is for before you press the button, which is the notice the Act requires. We use your data for that stated purpose and nothing else.
| Personal data | The purpose you consented to |
|---|---|
| Email address and first name | To send you the newsletter |
| Name, email, company and message on a form | To reply to what you wrote |
| Name and comment text | To publish your comment under the article |
| Analytics and visitor identification tools | Only if you agree in the cookie banner, to count and improve what gets read |
Daily page counts are not personal data. They are totals with nothing in them that identifies you.
You can withdraw consent at any time and it must be as easy as giving it. For the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any message or the unsubscribe page. For tools, open Cookie settings in the footer. Both take effect straight away, with nothing to ask us for. Withdrawing consent does not make what we did before it unlawful, and we stop processing from that point.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not track children or direct advertising at them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Security and breaches
Newsletter addresses are never stored on this website. They go straight to a spreadsheet owned by Lidespy LLP. The site itself keeps passwords only as hashes, uses prepared database statements, and restricts uploads by type and size. If a breach of personal data happens, we notify the Data Protection Board and every affected Data Principal, as the Act requires.
