Editorial policy
Who decides what gets published, how money is disclosed, and what we do when we get something wrong.

Who owns this publication
IntelliAInsight is owned and published by Lidespy LLP, Pune, India, a B2B lead generation agency. The agency's clients have no say in what we publish and never see an article before it goes out.
How we decide what to write
We pick topics from questions we get asked in client work and from what people search for. An article is worth publishing when we can answer the question better than the pages already ranking for it. That usually means we have done the thing ourselves, or we can point at a primary source that other articles are paraphrasing badly.
Sources and evidence
- Figures, dates, laws and legal claims carry a link to the primary source, not to another blog.
- For United States payroll and employment questions we link to the IRS, the Department of Labor or the relevant state agency. We do not quote tax figures from memory.
- We do not invent statistics, quotes, studies or case studies. If we have no source, the claim does not go in.
- Examples from our own work are described as ours, and identifying details are removed unless the client agreed.
Money, partners and affiliate links
Some articles are paid for by a partner. Those carry a "Partner content" label at the top of the page and in every
listing the story appears in, and every link to the partner is marked rel="sponsored" so search engines
treat it as advertising rather than a recommendation.
We do not sell a positive review. A partner can pay for the subject of an article, not for the conclusion. If we would not recommend the product, we say so or we do not run the piece.
Where an ordinary article links to a tool we happen to have a commercial relationship with, that link is marked the same way. Links to sites we have no relationship with are ordinary links.
AI and how these articles are made
Drafting tools are part of how a lot of writing gets done now, including here. What matters is that a named human decides what the article says, checks every fact in it, and is accountable for it. Nothing is published straight out of a model, and no article is published without a human editor reading it end to end.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Small errors like a typo or a broken link are corrected silently. Anything that changes the meaning of an article gets a dated note at the bottom saying what changed. We do not quietly rewrite an article to hide a mistake.
Send corrections to hello@intelliainsight.com with the article address and what is wrong.
Updates
Articles about rules, prices and product behaviour go out of date. Every article shows when it was last updated. When we revisit one, we change the content and the date together, so a fresh date always means fresh checking.
Comments
Comments are read before they appear. We publish disagreement happily. We do not publish abuse, spam, or links added only to get a link.
